You get a real street address (2082 HWY 183, Ste 170, plus your own box number) instead of an address that starts with "PO Box." That means UPS, FedEx, and DHL will deliver to it, and you can use it on a business license, website, or bank account.

Two current IDs: one with your photo (driver's license, state ID, passport, military ID, or permanent resident card) and one that shows your address (lease, mortgage, vehicle registration, home or auto insurance policy, or voter card). Bring them in and we'll make the copies.

Yes. It's the USPS form that authorizes us to receive mail on your behalf, and every person or business getting mail at your box must be listed on it. We verify your IDs and complete it with you at the counter.

Yes. Personal boxes cover up to 3 names, Business up to 5, Business Medium up to 7, and Corporate up to 9. Adding a name after your box is set up is $10, and each person needs to be on the Form 1583 with their own ID.

We hold it at the counter and let you know it's here. Please pick packages up within 7 days; after that there's a $5 storage fee per package, per week, unless you've made arrangements with us.

Yes. We can forward overnight, weekly, monthly, or on demand. You pay a forwarding fee plus postage.

Let us know and we'll close it out. You get a 30-day grace period to update your address with everyone who mails you, and we can forward mail during that time for a fee plus postage.

Yes, through iPostal1, from $19.99 a month. You get a real Liberty Mail Center street address and can scan, view, store, and forward your mail from your phone or computer, add a phone line, and even deposit checks. Learn more.

Plans start at $18 a month with a 12-month prepay. Month to month, Personal (3×5, up to 3 names) is $22, Business (3×5, up to 5 names) is $25, Business Medium (5×7, up to 7 names) is $32, and Corporate (11×5, up to 9 names) is $40. Prepay 3, 6, or 12 months for a lower monthly rate. A one-time $15 setup fee applies to every new box and includes one key.

It mostly comes down to how many names receive mail at the box and how many packages you get. Personal covers up to 3 names and 20 packages a month, Business up to 5 names and 30, Business Medium up to 7 and 40, and Corporate up to 9 and 50. Packages that don't fit in your box are held at the counter.

The one-time setup fee is $15 and includes one key. 24-hour access is $10 to set up plus $7 a month. Adding a name after setup is $10. Packages over your monthly allotment are $1 each, package storage after 7 days is $5 per package per week, and rent more than 15 days late carries a $10 fee. Mail forwarding is a forwarding fee plus postage.

Package receiving from every carrier is free, and each box includes a monthly allotment: 20 packages for Personal, 30 for Business, 40 for Business Medium, and 50 for Corporate. Packages over your allotment are $1 each.

24-hour access is an add-on: $10 to set up plus $7 a month. It gets you into the brightly lit, secured mailbox area before work, after close, or on a Sunday.

Yes. USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon, and couriers all deliver to your box. We sign for your packages and hold them until you pick them up.

We send a text or email when mail or a package is delivered. You can also call for a free Mail Check and we'll tell you whether anything came in.

Bring two IDs (a photo ID and one that shows your address) and payment for your first rental term plus the $15 setup fee. Fill out the application ahead of time or at the store. We'll verify your IDs, complete USPS Form 1583 with you at the counter, and hand you your key.

Everyday clothing works best. Skip white, which blends into the background. Glasses come off, since U.S. passport photos haven't allowed eyeglasses since 2016. No hats or head coverings unless worn daily for religious reasons, in which case bring a signed statement. Keep a neutral expression with eyes open and mouth closed; a slight natural smile is fine. Babies and kids are welcome.
