A lot of our customers arrive with a photo on their phone and a rough idea. That's a fine place to start. We'll lay out your card, sign, or flyer, send you a proof to approve, and only print once you're happy with it. Already have print-ready art? Send it over and we'll get straight to production. Design help is a paid service. The fee depends on how involved the project is, and we'll tell you what to expect before any work begins.

File Guidelines
Following these keeps your job moving and your colors true. Not sure whether your file qualifies? Send it anyway and we'll tell you what it needs.
What to send
- Print-ready PDF is best, made with Adobe Acrobat (free PDF converters can cause problems). We also take AI, EPS, PSD, INDD, PUB, CDR, TIFF, JPG, PNG, BMP, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, CSV, and TXT.
- 300 DPI at final print size for anything held in the hand; 150 DPI is fine for banners and large format.
- CMYK color mode, not RGB (RGB colors shift when printed).
- Fonts outlined or embedded, so nothing substitutes on our end.
- Sending several files? Zip them into one.
- Designed it in Canva? Send us the Canva link instead of a download. In Canva, click Share, change General access to “Anyone with the link,” choose “Can edit,” copy the link, and email it to us. That way we can resize or adjust it right in Canva.
