Liberty Mail Center ("we," "us") runs this website for our store at 2082 HWY 183, Ste 170, Leander, TX 78641. This policy explains what the website collects, what we collect in the store, and who else sees it.

What this website collects

This website has no accounts. If you email or call us, we receive what you choose to tell us, such as your name, contact details, and what you need. We use it to answer you and to do the work you asked for.

The print quote form on the Printing & Design page is the one place on this site that collects information. It asks for your name, email, phone number, business name if you have one, the details of your project, and any files you upload. Uploaded files are private and are used only to quote and complete your job. The form also records your IP address, which is cleared after 30 days. We email you an order number, and you can use it with your email address to check your order's status online.

The "Ask us anything" search

Your question is matched against answers already stored on this site, right in your browser. It isn't sent to us, it isn't sent to an AI service, and we don't save it.

Package tracking

When you enter a tracking number on our Track page, we open the carrier's own tracking page (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL) in a new tab. The number goes to that carrier, whose privacy policy applies. We don't store it.

What we collect in the store

When you rent a mailbox, we collect the information and identification documents the U.S. Postal Service requires on PS Form 1583. We also keep the phone number or email address you give us so we can tell you when mail or a package arrives. This is collected in the store, kept confidential, and shared only when the law requires it.

Print orders you place through our order page and the files you send us are used to complete your order.

Site analytics and server logs

This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes basic technical details of each visit, such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages people use. It doesn't set cookies or follow you to other websites.

Cookies and third-party services

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Some pages include content from other services, such as an embedded Google Map or YouTube video, and links to partners such as iPostal1. Those services may collect information under their own privacy policies when you use them.

We don't sell your information

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We limit access to customer information to staff who need it to serve you.

Children

This website is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children through the site.

Your choices

You can ask what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing or calling us. Some mailbox records must be kept for the period the U.S. Postal Service requires, and we'll tell you if that applies.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site handles information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
